MJM Design guarantees your satisfaction with our work. If you are not satisfied, contact us and we will make it right - by correcting the work, providing a refund, or crediting you for future services. No fine-print gymnastics.

How we make the guarantee easy to keep

• You approve every milestone. Design mockups, the staging site, the final build - nothing proceeds without your sign-off, so the finished website is never a surprise.
• Fixed, written quotes. The scope and price are documented before work begins. If you change the scope, the price changes with your approval - never without it.
• The work stays visible. You watch the build progress on a private staging server and can raise anything, anytime.
